*For preschool and school-age children, we incorporate school-based input and feedback into our evaluations to the greatest extent possible.
You will receive a report with a diagnosis (if applicable) and recommendations once the evaluation is complete. Depending on funding source and clinician availability, additional optional services include: 1) evaluation results meeting to review our findings with you and answer your additional questions, and/or 2) a meeting with your child’s school team to help them better understand your child’s unique strengths and needs.
