Psychological Evaluations

We provide comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess a range of concerns, including (but not limited to): Autism and other developmental disabilities; intellectual disability; Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder; anxiety disorders; depression and other emotional concerns; and learning disabilities such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, and Nonverbal Learning Disability. Each evaluation is individualized based on your concerns and your child’s needs. We seek to highlight each child’s potential by focusing on their unique strengths in addition to exploring areas of difficulty.

Example areas that we can evaluate:

  • Cognitive abilities (including assessments for Gifted identification)

  • Academic achievement

  • Autism-related assessments

  • Social-emotional skills

  • Adaptive behavior (daily living skills)

  • Observational data

*For preschool and school-age children, we incorporate school-based input and feedback into our evaluations to the greatest extent possible.

You will receive a report with a diagnosis (if applicable) and recommendations once the evaluation is complete. Depending on funding source and clinician availability, additional optional services include: 1) evaluation results meeting to review our findings with you and answer your additional questions, and/or 2) a meeting with your child’s school team to help them better understand your child’s unique strengths and needs.
